Free dog house for small dog (Newark)

For small to small medium dog. Just guessing but probably can fit a dog the size of a beagle, maybe a corgi.
Much too small for a pit bull or a husky.
Needs repair for roof with missing shingle (provided). It’s an old weathered dog house made by my talented wood worker neighbor. Still a nice dog house if repaired.
