In Search of Land to Build for Displaced Friend (Anywhere in Central Ohio)

I am looking for land to build a home. A friend of mine was in state housing but is now homeless. I have an architect and a couple different small house designs but need to find a place to build. I'm also working with Home Depot and Lowes for materials and presently planning fundraising activities to help with purchase.
