My hobby is buying vintage items from barns and sheds in Ohio. Am looking for barns and sheds, in any condition, that have lots of old items that need to be gone. I am looking for old metal tools, anvils, vises, metal signs (feed, agro, auto, tractor, oil, gas, etc.), metal plaques, etc. - basically anything that is old and unique. Will pay fair prices, will not make a mess, and will load what I find. Rusty and dirty is not a problem. Will be glad to help you identify item values in things that you do not want to sell now.
