Premium Appliance Installers Needed (Independent Contractors) (Columbus, OH)

Scope of Work:

• Heavy Lifting & Measurements: Safely lift up to 875 lbs. (4-man lift) and take accurate measurements for perfect installations.
• Blueprint & Technical Knowledge: Read schematics, understand requirements, and install various brands like Thermador, KitchenAid, Viking, and more.
• Anchoring & Installation: Secure anti-tip brackets, handle water/electrical connections, and ensure seamless trim-kit/panel installations.
• Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Follow guidelines, troubleshoot issues, and meet customer/manufacturer expectations.

Requirements:

• Must own and operate your own business with DOT & MC authority.
• Must have a 26ft box truck, or we can offer a referral program with premium rates.
• Must meet insurance requirements.
• Experience in appliance installation.
• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record -- 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience, but No CDL required.
• Pass background, drug and physical checks
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Provide a two-man delivery team
