1. Vehicle Requirements
• High Roof Extended Sprinter (Preferred)
• Ram ProMaster (acceptable alternative)
• Vehicle must be well-maintained, clean, and reliable
• Valid registration for the vehicle being used
2. Required Documentation
• Driver’s License – clear photos of front and back
• Insurance Declaration Page showing:
• Active policy
• Coverage limits
• Vehicle listed under the driver or company
• Vehicle Registration – current and valid
• Driving Record (MVR) – must provide a recent copy
• Background Check Authorization – applicant must pass a criminal background check
3. Location Requirements
• Must live near the serviced ZIP codes or within a reasonable distance to ensure on-time delivery
• Must be able to report to assigned pickup locations promptly
4. Experience & Skills
• Previous courier, medical delivery, parcel, or same-day delivery experience is a plus
• Ability to lift packages (weight varies by route)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
5. Additional Requirements
• Must have a smartphone capable of using delivery apps
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a clean, professional appearance and respectful attitude
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
