FreightHub LLC is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Flatbed Driver to join our growing team.
We are a family-owned, asset-based trucking company based in Columbus, Ohio, operating primarily throughout the Midwest. We value professionalism, safety, and treating our drivers with respect.
Compensation
28% of truck gross revenue
Truck averages approximately $7,000 in weekly gross revenue based on current operations
Weekly direct deposit
Position Details
Regional freight
Primarily Ohio and surrounding states, with occasional longer trips
Home every weekend in most cases
No forced dispatch
Driver will operate both company flatbed trailers and customer-owned trailers
Consistent freight with year-round work
Assigned, well-maintained equipment
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A experience
Minimum 1 year of flatbed experience
Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirements may apply)
Clean MVR with no preventable accidents or major moving violations
Must be able to pass a background check
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be comfortable sleeping in the truck during the workweek
Requirements
Current DOT Medical Card
Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
No SAP drivers
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or as required by our insurance carrier)
Passport required
TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement are a plus
Must know how to properly secure flatbed freight using chains, straps, edge protectors, and tarps when required
Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and safely climb on trailers throughout the workday
Must complete pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, and daily DVIRs
Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
