We are looking for a Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position has the potential to become full-time.
Responsibilities:
* Light electrical repairs
* Light plumbing repairs
* Painting
* Spackling and drywall repairs
* Basic carpentry
* General apartment maintenance and unit turns
* Other maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Experience with apartment maintenance or general handyman work preferred
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
