What We’re Looking For:
* Established crew with at least two painters
* Extensive residential painting experience
* Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage
* Properly insured vehicles
* Ability to add In The Paint Co. as Additional Insured where required
* Reliable transportation, ladders, sprayer, and standard equipment
* Experience with interior and exterior residential painting
* Strong preparation and repair skills
* Clean, professional jobsite practices
* Dependable communication and schedule management
Before being assigned a project, subcontractors must complete our onboarding process and provide proof of insurance, a completed W-9, business information, and photos of previous work.
