Renco is looking for tradesman for single family rental homes. From Roofing to Concrete and any trade in-between are wanted for a very busy market. Renco has contracts with institutional owners in the Raleigh-Durham area and we service the headaches that come along with renting a home.

We pay our 1099 subcontractors every Friday. You are your own boss...here is how it works:

Renco assigns you a job- you go look at the work needed- take pictures and send them to us along with a price for labor and materials. Renco approves it and you are clear to make the repairs. Send us an invoice and you get paid. Simple as that. We cover the cost for materials but must be Home Depot material.

We get a lot of calls for:

Plumbing
Electrical
Deck repairs
Concrete work
Roofing repairs or reroofs
Drywall repairs
Painting
Siding/gutter repairs
Carpentry
General handyman services, Etc..

Must have tools and transportation.
