We are currently seeking full-time skilled construction professionals to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded background in residential remodeling, with hands-on
experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, kitchen and bathroom renovations, mechanicals, and
exterior work. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to craftsmanship, attention to
detail, and pride in their work.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for executing residential remodeling projects with a high level of quality,
efficiency, and professionalism. You will work both independently and alongside a team to
complete projects on schedule while upholding company standards. Success in this role
requires a mindset open to growth and learning, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a
commitment to living out company values in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
● Review project scope of work in detail and execute tasks to a high standard of quality
● Problem-solve proactively as issues arise to keep projects on schedule and within
budget
● Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, tenants, team members,
management, and office staff
● Utilize Google Workspace and QuickBooks Time to accurately document project
progress and labor
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times
● Assist with loading, unloading, and jobsite preparation of materials and tools
● Remain flexible and ready to support the team wherever needed to keep projects
moving forward
● Contribute to a team-first, respectful, and professional work environment
Skills, Abilities & Requirements:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or a related
skilled trade
● Demonstrated proficiency across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting,
and general remodeling tasks
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a
team environment
● Proven problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of work in the field
● Reliable transportation to and from jobsites across Columbus and surrounding areas
● Ownership of basic hand tools required to perform day-to-day tasks
● Proficiency with smartphones and ability to utilize company apps, including Google
Workspace and time tracking software
● Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers,
team members, and management
● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the
company
Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation:
● $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill level
