Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own basic tools (maintenance positions)
Experience is required
Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
Good attitude and strong work ethic are a must
Job Duties May Include:
Interior & exterior painting
Drywall repair
Apartment turnovers
General maintenance repairs
Flooring, trim, doors, and basic plumbing repairs
Punch-out work and other property maintenance tasks
