Looking for experienced Maintenance Tech to perform work orders on rental homes. Somone who can do light plumbing, electric, drywall repairs and paint. This is a 1099 position, paid by the job. You will have flexibility with the schedule and with the pricing. The more skills that you have, and the more work orders you complete, the more money you can make.
