8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC knowledge to join our property management team.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general maintenance
• Complete preventive maintenance and apartment turns
• Coordinate vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Supervise maintenance operations when required
Requirements:
✔ HVAC Certification REQUIRED
✔ Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience
✔ Experience working with refrigerant (Freon)
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Leadership and organizational skills
✔ Own basic tools preferred
