It is Brand New, Never Used. It comes with a Base (see photo) for free- standing on the Home or Workshop Floor. It has been kept in Dry, Inside Storage.
Harmar Mobility AL220 Fully Powered Inside (truck bed or cargo area of a van) Lift Hoist has all main components including the lift arm, base, control panel, and installation hardware. It is designed for vehicle installation to assist with mobility devices. The Vehicle Wiring Harness is NOT included.
This Lifting Hoist can be mounted to the rear end of a Pickup Truck Bed or cargo area of a Minivan for lifting heavy objects such as Mobility Scooters, Scrap Metal, Lawn Equipment or whatever you want.
The optional Harmar standalone battery pack (not included) provides a 12V, 18Ah portable power source for Harmar vehicle lifts, eliminating the need for hardwiring to the vehicle's electrical system.
