Great working Dewalt DC759 drill. This is a two speed drill driver. The speeds and the torque clutch work perfectly. It has piece missing from Chuck (see pic 3). The missing piece does not hinder how it works. You just need to remember not to grab the chuck base while it's spinning. There's plenty of room above the damaged area to use the chuck. It can be easily fixed by covering that spor with a strip of plastic and then duct tape or electrical tape. No battery included, but I have one to test it with.
