I tried to cover all my bases when I paid him. I looked at his ID and hes the guy that sold me the truck, the truck isnt stolen.
When my wife went to go get registered in her name, the BMV said they had trouble confirming the notary?
As you see from the pictures, he's not helping. Maybe hes locked up? Honestly, can someone tell me why he wouldnt help? The truck isnt stolen, its in his name. the title has to be real or else the BMV wouldve told us. Im confused really.
So either I take the long miserable route of getting the judge to put the title in our name or some notary can make our lifes a lot easier by notarizing these papers the bmv gave us. Me and my wife live in a great neighborhood and make really good money, so we arent like criminals or thugs or anything.
The guy is really a crackhead man, his record is long and crazy when you google search him .
