I manage over 100 rental properties and am looking for a few dependable handymen to help get units ready for rent. This can be part-time or full-time work.
Examples of current work orders include:
Installing new bathtubs and surrounds
Installing new toilets and vanities
Installing kitchen cabinets and countertops
Cleaning gutters and performing minor roof repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
