Despite the pandemic and economic downturn, EasyIT is having another big growth year and we are expanding our tech services team. We have an opening for a skilled Desktop/Helpdesk Technician on our Client Services team. This individual will provide end user support along with systems/server administration. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and has potential to grow into a senior technician on our team.
Our work environment is fun and high-energy. The tech environment is challenging but our team rises to that challenge and benefits by developing deep tech and analytical skills. EasyIT invests in new hires by putting them through a formal on the job training program to learn our systems, tools and procedures for providing systems administration and support. From there, our technicians learn through mentoring and tech certification efforts.
- Minimum two years of desktop support experience
- 1 year of active directory administration experience
- Knowledge of the following technologies
Windows 7, 8 and 10 desktop support
Apple iOS and/or Mac/Apple Server
Office 365 and/or Exchange administration
Workstation setup and configuration
Spyware/virus infection cleanup
Basic hardware configuration
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users
- Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
- Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- Clean criminal background and driving check
- Reliable transportation
