We live in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Carriage apartment with an ATTACHED GARAGE and DRIVEWAY at Carson Farms in Delaware (we are on a top corner unit, so you will only have one person below you and one person to the side). Our lease is set to expire towards the end of February, so this can either be a SHORT TERM or you can RENEW to extend the lease. We are nonsmokers. We have two dogs, but everything will be in perfect move-in condition when you move in. NO DEPOSITS - you will keep our deposit ($300 I believe) upon move out. Our current rate is $1,190 per month - $1,207 after trash fees. This apartment is 5 minutes from downtown Delaware and 23, 15 minutes from Tanger Outlets and 71. Very quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. We love our apartment, but we are moving because we bought a house! Please reach out to me with any questions you have!
