The angles of the bar are perfect (see image above), as it allows not just biceps curls, but also triceps extensions. It is very comfortable and does not strain the wrists or the elbows. A lot of EZ-Curl bars made today have the wrong angles. While these types of EZ - Curl Bars may permit biceps curls they are very difficult to use for training the triceps and very uncomfortable.
