Willing to provide Security (CC), Personal consierge, and other light duties in exchange. If desired an assistant that would use second bedroom. Location preferred-rural Space-2-4 BR, LR, Storage, 6' Sq portable bubbling hot tub in/out.

1. 2-3 bedrooms to accommodate queen size beds. A third roon for closet/clothing storage. Also, storage for family furnishings.

***I'm downsizing from a three bedroom. Also, a second (CC) if a third bedroom available.

2. Living room, great room space to accommodate 65" flat screen TV, Leather motion furnature; gray, love seat and recliner.

3. Place to store two bicycles, electric scooter, camping gear, full size SUV, and fleet owned Silverado.

4. Place for a 6' square portable bubbling hot tub, either inside or outside the living space. Insurance provided.

5. Prefer rural large lot or oversized city lot

6. Space for an indoor/outdoor firing range. Can provide supervision, training, and carry classes.

7. Manpower to assist with the move.
