I'm relocating from Southeast Georgia to Columbus, Ohio for a new IT position starting August 10th, and I'm looking for a place to live.
A bit about me: I'm a 52-year-old male IT professional, quiet and easy-going.
What I'm looking for:
A private bedroom and bathroom (if sharing a space with others)
A place in a good, safe neighborhood
Fairly current accommodations
What I bring to the table: I'm handy and happy to help with basic maintenance, lawn care, and similar upkeep in exchange for reduced rent — a win-win if you'd rather not deal with those chores yourself.
