$47.50/hr after 3 hrs (min 1 hour)| One time $50 for each successful referrals. No limit on number of referrals
LIGHT – $249/month (5 hours), up to 3 visits
$47.50/hr after 5 hrs (min. 1 hour)| One time $50 for each successful referrals. No limit on number of referrals
STANDARD – $349/month (7 hours), up to 4 visits
$45/hr after 7 hrs (min. 1 hour) | 5% monthly recurring referral bonus as long as both referee and referral remain active. No limit on referrals
SILVER – $449/month (9 hours), up to 5 visits
$42.50/hr after 9 hrs (min. 1 hour) | 5% monthly recurring referral bonus as long as both referee and referral remain active. No limit on referrals
