Photos show the ample backyard space, first room (small) and medium room, as well as shared bathroom (1), ample kitchen and lounging area. Most of the furniture will be gone, so feel free to bring what you have. There’s basement storage as well, with w/d hookups. No w/d yet … huge plus if you have one.
Rent varies if I can find one or two ppl. Will be from 350-450ish. Open to folx staying a min of 3 months, or more.
I have one medium dog, you can see her in one photo. Better with dogs that cats, and honestly would welcome a pupper friend. Cats on case by case, she has lived with them but the prey drive still sneaks up. I’m working on training, and would welcome collaboration on that.
