of OSU, and is very close to High Street.
It is conveniently located one block
from a COTA bus stop.
There are many stores and restaurants
within walking distance.
The room has two closets, two windows,
a window air conditioner, a black couch,
and a hardwood floor. You would
need to supply a bed and any other furniture.
There is a basement with room for storage.
The basement has a washer and dryer.
$430 per month, plus one share
of the utilities bill.
We will need your full name, your
source of income, and your previous
landlord's contact information, before
we can set up an appointment for you
to see the room.
You will need to pass a background check
before you would be allowed to move in.
The background check costs $55, which you
would pay directly to the online company that does it.
