The room is on the second floor
of a two story house about one
mile from OSU. It has some shelves,
but you would have to supply
any other furniture, and there
is no closet in that room.
Update: this room now has a bed.

This room is $400 per month,
plus one share of the utilities bill.
You would share the kitchen, the two
bathrooms, the dining room, and the
living room with the other tenants.
We are looking for a quiet single tenant,
a non-smoker, with no children or pets.
Only one tenant allowed per room.
No loud music, noise, partying, etc.
The utilities include Wi-Fi.
You would be required to sign a lease.

The house is about one mile north
of OSU, and is about three blocks east
of High Street. This is a two story house,
with both an attic and a basement, so
there are a total of four levels. There is
a long porch in the front of the house.
It is conveniently located close to a
COTA bus stop, and also to an OSU campus
bus stop (the East Residential bus).
There are many stores and restaurants
within walking distance.
There is a basement with
lots of room for storage.
The basement has a working
washer and dryer.
There is a driveway in the front of
the house, plus some street parking
available in the general area.
We will need your full name, your
source of income, and your previous
landlord's contact information.
You will also need to complete a form with
a national background check agency.
The background check will cost you $55.
