I am looking for a house with 2 or more acres to buy on land contract or lease to own. I have stable income but housing so high I need a lease option until the price can get lowered to get bank approval. I can fix the house up so it can be an older farmhouse needing work. I prefer Fairfeild County but can be Pickaway county.
