Shift Coordinator (Call Center) (Powell)

Job Duties:

Perform opening and closing shifts as the Manager on Duty (MOD)
*Serve as a coach and role model—you set the tone for the entire Guest Experience Center while MOD
*Support the team by providing innovative solutions to guest concerns in a timely manner
*Assist the Guest Experience Center Director with training new hires
*Provide support to the Guest Experience Center floor to maintain brand standards
*Monitor calls to ensure extraordinary guest service
*Provide extraordinary guest service
*Supporting all support professionals, including schedules, approving and blocking of appointment books and call offs
*Attend company meetings as required

Job Qualifications:

*Enthusiasm and excellent written and verbal communication skills
*In addition to maintaining a professional appearance (hair, make-up and fashion forward image)
*Proven leadership skills and excellent organizational skills required
*Excellent written + verbal communication skills
*Previous successful managerial experience
*Strong interest in a leadership role + guiding a team to success
*Ability + desire to work in a fast-paced (sometimes challenging) environment
*Track record of high achievement and a sense of self-motivation
*Glaring attention to detail and organization
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
*Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
*Capable + willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
