Need responsible person for maintenance position at mixed-use multi-family project located near OSU Football Stadium. Applicant must have dependable transportation and own tools. Requires some understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general maintenance issues. We may consider a person with basic qualifications and train this person to advance.
