Stamping on the bottom of the housing shows CE 8 29 63 (4.11:1 * Positraction * Manual Transmission * August 29, 1963). Correct for 1963 and 1964, compatible with 1965 1966 1967 1968 1969 1970 1971 1972 1973 1974 1975 1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 1981 and 1982 Corvettes. Ring gear shows GM part #3737957 (3.70:1), with a date code of 5 64 2. All gears move smoothly. No rear end cover. Good condition! $1,200. Will ship!
