The pictured blue one has the typical small tear in the front on the bottom.
The pictured black one has the typical large crack in the middle and numerous hack repairs, many of which have failed (I did not make any of these repairs)
I also have another OEM black one (not pictured) that is incomplete and broken. It is probably best used as repair filler but it is nearly complete as it is (about 85-90% of the material is still there) so it may be worth stitching back together if you already have pieces of another one
