I want to be upfront that he can be aggressive at times. He will need an experienced owner who understands macaw behavior and is patient and consistent. In a calmer, more focused home with someone who has the time to work with him one-on-one, he should adapt and improve greatly.
He bonds strongly and needs structure, attention, and proper handling. This is not a beginner bird.
