The main part of the building is occupied by my company that is mainly used for storage and a couple of offices, typically only 1 to 2 people in the building. We currently have 6 available offices that are not in use that have their own entrance, separate from my company, so you will usually never see anyone except for tenants of the other offices.
No deposit required unless you paint or make cosmetic changes to the office... in which case, a deposit at 1/2 the amount of the monthly rent will be due and will be returned after your changes are done.
