Westerville based, Connected Electrical has an immediate, home-based opening for a Scheduling and Dispatch position.
The position is part-time, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with a guarantee of 20 hours per week and may change to include additional days and hours for additional pay.
The ideal candidate will have advanced problem solving skills, be very organized, have superior knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Gmail, have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a reliable home technology infrastructure.
The following conditions are required to be considered:
*Must have extremely reliable, high-speed internet at your home.
*Must have a smart-phone with excellent cell coverage from your working location within your home.
*Must provide a relatively noise-free, background environment
*Must have a PC with Windows 10 Home edition.
*Must be highly proficient with the English language.
*MUST PROVIDE 5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING EACH AND EVERY POINT OF PUBLIC FACING CONTACT.
The responsibilities of the Schedule/Dispatcher include: answering incoming calls & questions, scheduling in-home service visits, communicating & coordinating with field based electricians, managing and maximizing the service calendar, interacting with our service contract providers, making outbound calls to verify service appointments and entering new incoming work orders.
