Residential construction company looking for a part time office assistant to join our team. Working hours are mid-morning to mid-afternoon. 4 to 6 hours per day starting around 9am.

Some of the responsibilities / requirements would include:
*Communicate through phone and email
*Basic accounting knowledge
*Must be fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
*Organizing paperwork, data entry and filing
*Have good communication and listening skills
*Speak with clients on the phone and in person (small showroom)
*Ability to multi-task
*Good customer service skills including the ability to be patient with clients and prospective clients.
*Must have a valid driver’s license
This would be a great opportunity for a retired person, stay at home mom, college student on break, etc.
Part time could grow to full time for the right person.
