Masser Metals is hiring a full-time Office Manager for our Columbus, OH location.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $25- $30 per hour, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Weigh trucks in and out of the scrap yard
Create invoices and purchase orders
Answer phones and assist customers
Keep records organized (tickets, invoices, purchase orders, etc.)
Schedule drivers and pickups
Order office supplies
Record service requests and schedule trucks/equipment
Help with HR tasks like timesheets and employee files
Keep the office clean and organized
Help manage the day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the scrap metal industry preferred
3+ years of office/administrative experience
Strong computer skills (QuickBooks Online a plus)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and excellent attendance
