A small local accounting firm in Clintonville is seeking a part time or full time administrative/office assistant.
Answering the phone
Responding to email
Greeting clients when they come in
Scanning, printing, and organizing documents
Some simple data entry, accounting tasks, research, and other projects as needed
Strong customer service skills
Microsoft Excel and Word experience
Ability to work with computers and common office programs
High level of organization and attention to detail
Competence in business professional communication (professional emails and letters)
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in a professional or financial work environment
Strong writing ability to compose professional letters and marketing materials
Willingness to help the business in a variety of different tasks
Payroll or accounting experience
Experience using social media for business
This is a casual, relaxed office environment. We are conveniently located on High Street with free parking on site. We are a growing accounting firm. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the firm and take on greater responsibilities.
Compensation: $10 to $17 per hour to start depending on experience and qualifications.
