We are an established intermodal trucking company looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to handle a busy office environment. This position helps support daily dispatch operations, driver communication, order entry, and customer service.

Pay: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Columbus, OH – in person position
Job duties include:
Answering inbound phone calls and responding to emails
Entering and processing orders accurately
Helping with daily driver routing
Tracking shipments and assisting with delivery updates
Scanning paperwork and documents
Supporting dispatchers with daily office tasks
Multitasking in a fast-paced transportation office
What we are looking for:
Strong communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work well with a team
Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
