Candidate must be well organized, have the ability to prioritize, multiple tasks, and capable of communicating and handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Candidate must have the ability to complete administrative tasks as assigned in a timely manner. Tasks include copier projects, mail handling, and control supplies, processing of letters/correspondence, events/meeting planning, report generation, invoice/expense reporting, and database management.
Candidate must be flexible with taking on additional tasks or duties as assigned.
Candidate must have the ability to organize multiple sources of data to ensure accuracy (thorough and meticulous work ethic)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Serve as direct administrative support to Branch Manager, including typing of various documents, and a variety of administrative tasks, entering employees hours in BlueForce Timekeeping System.
Two years of successful Administrative Assistant experience preferably in the service industry.
Ability to interface with internal and external customers in a highly professional manner.
