Horn players, string players, Piano players etc (Columbus)

Are you someone who plays in a string quartet or was in marching band but always wished you could play in a local band and explore other genres?

I'm a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who's constantly writing, recording and playing shows. I'm looking for people to collaborate with on some upcoming projects. I'd love to form a little collective of people who'd like to hop in on recordings or shows here and there. I play guitar, bass drums and sing. I'm especially interested in meeting people who play other instruments (i.e. piano, horns, strings, woodwinds, drums, pedal steel, etc) Anything to keep things interesting, really.
I've previously played in projects with viola, violin, pedal steel, accordion but many of my friends who played those kinds of instruments took jobs out of state or moved away after college. Most of my close friends now play guitar or bass.

If you'd like to just casually record or possibly even play a show sometime, feel free to reach out. I have a few different projects that could use some additional players even if it's just casually here and there. Completely open to improvisation but I can also write parts for you to play if you'd prefer that.

I have multiple projects in the works that are already practicing and others that are recording projects as well as a whole slew of demos floating around with no home yet.

If this sounds the slightest bit intriguing, please drop me a line! Feel free to send clips of yourself playing if you have any available available! It doesn't need to be a perfect recording.

I'm an open minded, forward thinking person who values people of all walks of life and prioritizes love and kindness. (In other words, racists, bigots, homophobes, etc. need not respond to this email)

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thanks!
