This Conover has a new pin block, new tuning pins, new strings, new dampers, new key tops, new key bushings, refinished all done about 14 years ago. It plays and sounds good sounding much bigger than what it is. This piano has a full perimeter plate making it a beefy well made piano. It has a design under the the sound board which acts much like the Mason & Hamlin spider turnbuckle design. Includes bench Buyer responsible for moving. Audio recording can be sent upon rquest.
