Fannin D-37
If this brand is not familiar to you, then you are probably not old enough to remember Nulook Mens Fashion of Columbus Ohio. In the late seventies and eighties, Larry Fannin of Nulook had a line of acoustic guitars made to his specifications to sell her in the states. Larry was a bluegrass player himself and was selling his guitars out of his store in North Columbus and other outlets across the US. They were highly praised instruments for there sound and quality build. In1978 I purchased a D-57 from the store on Sinclair Rd. That I have given to my oldest Son. I purchased my D57 because the of ease of playability and of course the Sound
This vintage D37 has the same great playability and sound. He's in great shape for a guitar with his age. Still has the original Gotoh tuners that worked very well. I replaced the broken plastic Nut with Tusq and Saddle with real bone to give him a punch in sound, plus a new set of D'Addario Phosphor Bronze Lights EJ16s. He also comes with a poly-foam case, Just a great vintage acoustic guitar. Enjoy
