🚛 Simply Hauling & Moving 🚛

1. SERVICES OFFERED

A. Hauling: We trash out vacant rental units, empty bulk trash areas, remove renovation debris, transport goods, etc. (See Picture 2.) Bulk debris go to SWACO.

B. Moving: We help you move. The trailer used for each of these services is different. (See Picture 3 - 5.) This includes loading, transporting, and unloading.

C. Long-Distance Moving: An example of a long-distance move would be if you lived in Newark, Ohio and were moving to Delaware, Ohio. Anything outside of 270 could be considered a long-distance move (contingent upon where you are moving to). Expect to pay for our drivetime, as well.


2. COST FOR SERVICES

A. Hauling: We charge $200.00 per 16 cubic yards or full load. This includes loading, transporting, and unloading. The trailer's dimensions are 6.5’ x 16’ x 4.2’. $100.00 is the base rate for any hauling job. The SWACO fee is the only additional expense included. (See Section 3.) We do not provide quotes for hauling. We can guess based upon your description of what is being hauled, but that is not a quote that we stand behind, i.e., it is non-binding. Cost is dictated by the actual trailer load size.

B. Moving: We charge $50.00 per man hour with a two-hour minimum. The base rate for a one-man move is $100.00. If you need more than one guy, please let us know in advance. The base rate for a two-man move is $200.00. That said, it is impossible to quote a move. How long they take is based upon how much stuff you have, how difficult it is to move, etc. We do not provide quotes for moving. We can guess based upon your description of what is being moved, but that is not a quote that we stand behind, i.e., it is non-binding. How long a move takes is unique in every situation.

C. Long Distance Moving: We charge $50.00 per man hour for long distance moves. Expect to pay for our drivetime, as well.


3. DUMPING FEE

SWACO is where all of the debris are taken. Their fee(s) are posted online. A summary of such is provided below:

A. Dumping Fee (determined by weight) is $39.75 per ton.
B. Tires $5.00 and $50.00 (car and heavy truck).
C. Appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc.) $20.00 per.


4. SCHEDULING SERVICES

We work all day, every single day. Please do not expect for us to be able to just drop what we are doing and come to assist you. We are generally able to schedule next day service. We will need the following information in order to be able to assist you:

A. Full Name;
B. Phone Number and/or Email;
C. Moving From Address;
D. Moving To Address; and
E. Preferred Date & Time of Move.


5. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

We expect to be compensated once the work is completed. We accept cash or can be paid securely online with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The cardholder name must match the person that we are providing the service for. If it does not, only cash will be accepted. This is due to our first chargeback with someone claiming that they were using their parent's card.
