A. Hauling: Trash out vacant rental units, empty bulk trash areas, remove renovation debris, transport goods, etc. Bulk debris go to SWACO. See Picture 2.
B. Moving: Helping you move. The trailer used for each of these services is different. See Picture 3 - 5. This includes loading, transporting, and unloading.
2. COST FOR SERVICES
A. Hauling: I charge $200.00 per 16 cubic yards or full load. This includes loading, transporting, and unloading. Trailer's demensions are 6.5’ x 16’ x 4.2’. $100.00 is my base rate for any hauling job. The SWACO fee is the only additional expense.
B. Moving: I charge $50.00 per man hour with a two hour minimum. If you need more than one guy, please let me know in advance.
3. DUMPING FEE
SWACO is where all of the debris are taken. Their fee(s) are posted online. A summary of such is provided below:
A. Dumping Fee (determined by weight) is $39.75 per ton. B. Tires $5.00 and $50.00 (car and heavy truck). C. Appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc.) $20.00 per.
4. SCHEDULING SERVICES
I work all day, every single day. Please do not expect for me to be able to just drop what I am doing and come to assist you. I am generally able to schedule next day service.
5. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
I expect to be paid when I am done. I accept cash or I can be paid securely online with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
