BEWARE of the companies that state they are licensed and insured in their ad but you don't see a CPCN. If you are going to chance using an unlicensed mover, at least choose one that is honest. Note: A DOT or MC number have NOTHING to do with being licensed in Ohio to move household goods!
PICKUP AND DELIVERY OF 5 ITEMS/PIECES OR LESS. If an item breaks down into two or more pieces, each piece counts toward the 5 item/piece max.
Pickup and deliveries are done with a 13ft Sprinter Extended Cargo Van and one to two movers. A dolly and blankets for use for protection while stacking the van for transportation are included. ***for more than 5 items or full moves, please visit our website for pricing.
1 MOVER AND A VAN RATES (each item must be able to be moved by 1 mover. If an item requires 2 people, please use the 2 mover rates)
$40 for up to 1 hour + $1.50 per mile for travel
2 MOVERS AND A VAN RATE:
$80 for up to 1 hour + $2 per mile for travel
***over 1 hour, add $40 per 15 minute increment.
***time starts upon arrival at the 1st address and ends after the last item is unloaded at the 2nd address. 1 hour minimum.
***Travel fee is calculated from 3260 Allegheny Ave to your addresses and back to Allegheny. Travel fees are used to assist with the cost of movers road time to/from your addresses, use of the vehicle, mileage, fuel, insurance and other costs. ***If you are flexible on the date and time and we can combine your move with one that is closer than our warehouse, then the fee will be adjusted. The branch manager will notify you in the quote if there are cheaper appointments.
***Weight limit of 200 pounds per item or piece.

Truck & Travel Fees

Note: the fee, if any, may be waived in the quote if the move is for a date that has several appointments available (low volume).
***Mileage fee (mover's road time, fuel, depreciation & maintenance) (total miles involved in the move - from our 3260 Allegheny Ave location to your addresses and back to our warehouse) (reg rate $3.89 per mile): reduced: $1.00 to $3.79 per mile (depends on date/time/locations...the quote manager will advise of the cheapest appointments) for online booking and noting the craigslist ad).
***Surcharges: a reasonable surcharge will be added for stairs/elevators/shared entrances/disassembly/assembly and other issues that will slow the move and will be in your quote. No surprises on extra fees on moving day. YOUR QUOTE WILL BE THE EXACT COST OF YOUR MOVE, NOT AN ESTIMATE.
