We will need a permit pulled through Delaware Public Health.
SOW:
1. Install New Fixtures
Install new plumbing fixtures and reconnect to the existing 4” sanitary and 2” minimum plumbing lines, extending piping as required.
2. Lavatory Installations
Install new lavatories and extend/connect new hot and cold water lines to the existing supply system as required.
3. Cold Water Line Extensions
Extend and connect a new 2” cold water line to the existing cold water main. Field-verify pipe size, tie-in location, and connection requirements.
4. Overhead Piping Route & Insulation
Route new piping as high as possible above the roof bar joists while maintaining proper slope. Insulate all piping per the plumbing specifications.
5. Back-to-Back Water Closet Connection
Provide and install a Tyler Pipe double combination fitting with 2” side hub opening for back-to-back water closet connections per UPC requirements.
6. Toilet Room Ceiling Routing
Route piping through the toilet room ceiling plenum at the required slope. Modify or add to platform framing as needed. Insulate all piping per sheet MP1.
7. Cold Water Distribution to Fixtures
• Run ¾” cold water down walls and ½” cold water to each lavatory.
• Run 1” cold water to each water closet.
• Run 1” cold water to water closet and ¾” cold water to urinal where noted.
8. Water Heater Reconnection
Reconnect the existing water heater to the new water line.
9. Existing Fixtures to Remain
Protect all existing fixtures in place during construction. Verify operation and repair as needed to restore to like-new condition.
