Warehouse Associate - $21.64/hour (Columbus)

Pay: $20.64 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

Position summary
This role supports daily warehouse operations while providing on-shift leadership. You will work alongside supervisors to help meet productivity goals, keep work organized, and promote a safe, efficient operation.What you will do
- Stage and sort product for loading
- Load and unload trailers
- Support process visibility and communicate status to the shift supervisor
- Lead by example on safety and safe work practices
- Open and close dock doors and help keep the dock area organized
- Keep a clean, safe work area
- Move materials within the warehouse
- Package, kit, label, and prepare product for shipment
- Scan product using a warehouse management system
- Perform quality checks and identify damaged product on receipt and outbound
- Complete daily logs and basic production documentation
- Communicate with associates across shifts
- Maintain inventory records and enter data using a computer
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Support other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor
