I’m looking for an experienced HVAC technician to assist with service and replacement work for multiple rental properties. The properties are mostly located throughout Franklin County, with eight additional properties in Licking County.
This can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and experience with other home improvement work. My current technician is retiring in a few months, so I’m starting the process of finding a long-term replacement.
