This is NOT light-duty flooring work.
We are removing carpet that is glued and mechanically fastened (screwed) to the floor. We will then be applying carpet squares. This requires strength, endurance, and real experience with commercial flooring tear-out and install.

Heavy carpet/demo removal
Scraping, prying, pulling, and long hours on your feet
Working professionally

🔧 Scope of Work
Heavy carpet removal (glued + screwed-down material)
Floor prep (scraping, cleanup, adhesive removal)
Installation of carpet tile / carpet squares
Assistance with tile install (as needed)
General jobsite support and material handling
💪 REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)
Minimum 10 YEARS flooring or commercial construction experience
Must be physically strong and able to work a full, hard day
Must be reliable – on time means early (crew may start before scheduled time)
Must know how to:
Remove stubborn glued flooring
Use basic flooring/demo tools properly
Must work well with a team and take direction
Must be able to document work (progress photos)
Must have transportation

💵 PAY
$30/hour
Paid via:
