Customer Service Representative II - Columbus, OH

Duties And Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:   

  • Manage placement of orders and ship orders at customer request.
  • Maintain open order status and inventory reports.
  • Manage relevant communications regarding order status and delivery.
  • Primary contact for field sales and customers. Responsible for communicating all relevant information to account managers and others as necessary.
